Terms of Service
Effective March 18, 2026
LoopMastering is built to make online mastering straightforward, and these terms are meant to be read the same way.
They explain what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and how our current download unlock and Unlimited plans work in a simple, practical way.
Using LoopMastering
LoopMastering.com is a site operated by LoopMastering ("we", "us", and "our") from Quebec, Canada.
LoopMastering lets you upload music, process it through our mastering workflow, and listen to or download the results we make available to you.
You are responsible for your account, for the people who use it, and for activity that happens under it. Please keep your login details private and use accurate account information.
If you choose Google or Facebook login, that sign-in method is also subject to the provider's own terms and privacy practices.
Your audio and your rights
As between you and us, you keep ownership of the audio and other content you upload. We do not claim ownership of your songs, mixes, stems, artwork, or other material you send through the service.
If we generate a preview or other mastered output from your upload, we do not claim ownership of that output either. But unless you pay for it or we clearly give you download rights, an unpaid output is only for preview and evaluation inside the service.
You may not download, copy, distribute, sell, publicly perform, or otherwise use an unpaid output outside the service.
By uploading anything, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use it here and to let us process it for you.
The license you give us
You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, process, master, preview, deliver, secure, and troubleshoot your uploads only as needed to run and support the service.
That license is not a transfer of ownership, and it does not let us sell your music, publish your uploads, or use them for unrelated commercial exploitation.
Privacy and data protection
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and share personal data connected to your account, billing, device, and uploads, including rights available to users in Europe and other regions with similar protections.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything illegal, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or intentionally disruptive.
- Do not upload audio or other content you do not have the right to use.
- Do not try to break, probe, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass limits in the service.
- Do not upload malware, scripts, or anything meant to damage other users, our systems, or third-party systems.
Payments and plans
LoopMastering currently offers Pay as you go, Unlimited Monthly, and Unlimited Annual. Pay as you go is a one-time purchase that unlocks downloads for one song and later versions of that same song you create in your account.
Unlimited Monthly and Unlimited Annual are recurring subscription plans that keep downloads open for every song you master while the subscription is active. The price, included features, renewal cadence, and any promotion or checkout terms shown in the billing flow control your purchase.
If a plan renews automatically, we will say so when you sign up. Canceling stops future renewals, but it does not rewrite charges that already went through. Fees are generally non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise or we say otherwise.
Availability and mastering results
Mastering is part software, part source-material reality. We aim for strong, usable results, but we cannot promise that every track will land exactly where you want it or that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may change, pause, or remove features, limits, formats, or plans when needed to improve the product, protect the service, or respond to legal or operational issues.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access, remove content, cancel orders, or close accounts if we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, infringement, non-payment, security risk, or behavior that could harm the service or other people.
You can stop using the service at any time. Some uploaded or account records may remain for legal, security, billing, or backup reasons for a reasonable period.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided as-is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime, a particular business outcome, or that every master will fit every creative goal.
To the extent the law allows, LoopMastering is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. If something goes wrong, our direct responsibility will be limited to a reasonable amount tied to the specific paid service at issue.
Governing law and disputes
Unless mandatory law says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute or claim that is not required to be heard elsewhere under applicable law will be resolved by the courts located in Quebec, Canada.
Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer protection rights you may have under the law that applies where you live.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. By continuing to use LoopMastering after an update, you agree to the revised terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the Contact Us link in the footer.
